Gibson Quai International (GQI) has recently acquired Punch IT Australia PTY LTD a Melbourne based, ServiceNow Premier Partner who partners with customers to enable digital transformation by adapting leading edge technologies centred around ServiceNow.

Punch IT Australia commenced operations in Australia in 2019 delivering management, technology and specialised services including process consulting (business processes and enterprise service management) and tools implementations (ServiceNow, Remedy, Freshworks etc)

The acquisition of Punch IT Australia is a perfect fit for GQI because it will complete the broad spectrum of Information and Communications Technology IT and advisory services provided by GQI to its Australian, Southeast Asian and Pacific region clients.

This merging of expertise from two well-known IT&T service provision companies will mean that our clients will be able to access a broader range of services from industry best practice and senior consultants with the continued focus that the two companies had previously provided on delivering services that exceed our clients’ expectations.
