The Challenge
Our client aimed to upgrade their national Fixed Wireless network to 5G, involving over 2,000 sites across the country within a stringent delivery timeframe.
The primary objectives were to centralise the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage multiple workstreams effectively and to provide senior stakeholders with precise and insightful updates on the programme's progress and effectiveness.
Additionally, the client required a highly skilled technical team to support the engineering, quality, and construction demands of this significant project while ensuring minimal disruption to existing customers.
The Solution
Gibson Quai International (GQI) initiated the programme by collaborating with the client to establish a centralised PMO, incorporating a best-in-class governance, reporting, and communications framework.
