GQI Expands Service Management Capabilities with Punch IT Acquisition

On 30 June 2023, Gibson Quai International (GQI) announced the acquisition of Punch IT, a specialised Service Management and IT business focused on the Telecommunications and Enterprise markets. This acquisition enhances GQI’s existing Service Management capabilities, particularly in the ServiceNow implementation space, where Punch IT has established itself as a leading provider.
